Feedback from Past interns:
“I highly recommend Overly Musical, LLC as a great internship site that will thoroughly prepare interns to work in the music therapy profession. The diversity of clientele and treatment settings created a challenging, richly rewarding experience. Heather’s supervisory style is encouraging and supportive; a perfect balance of structure and freedom to explore/grow professionally. Even though I will be working primarily with older adults and hospice, I feel that developing a repertoire of songs and interventions for diverse populations has prepared me for any opportunities to include patients’ family members in treatment when appropriate.” -Wendy Jepsen April 2024
