At Overlymusical, we believe in the transformative power of music to heal, connect, and uplift. Our mission is to add value to individuals, organizations, and communities through meaningful musical connection.

We are a passionate team of board-certified music therapists who love what we do. Based in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho, we provide both group and one-on-one music therapy services in a variety of settings—including schools, residential treatment centers, memory care units, addiction recovery programs, hospice care, and private homes.

Music therapy can set your facility apart by offering a unique, evidence-based service that enhances quality of life. In fact, many of our clients report choosing their care facility because music therapy is available!

We serve individuals across the lifespan—from children and teens with special needs, to adults in recovery, to older adults living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Our sessions are tailored to support emotional, cognitive, physical, and social goals using music as the medium for connection and growth.

We also offer programs that support early childhood development and lifelong learning.

• Play with Me Music Classes are designed for children ages 0–5 and their parents, using music to build attachment, support developmental milestones, and promote joyful parent-child bonding.

• We teach individual and group lessons in guitar, piano, voice, and ukulele for teens and adults—because learning music can be a therapeutic and empowering experience at any age.
